Jess is truly amazing. Her Pilates class is so enjoyable. She always goes through adjustments of the exercises to keep them easy, moderate and a bit more challenging for those who want or need it. She brings all the equipment you need. She is a positive person and I leave her class feeling good. I would highly recommend her.
