Things to remember
The Inhale studio is near the M&S car park (approx £2) or there is parking on Cecil Road. Mats and blocks are available at Inhale studio.

Jess really personalises the exercises to suit and offers plenty of adaptations - a fantastic Pilates and yoga teacher

Beautifully paced class with gentle warm up followed by an invigorating flow. Jess puts you at ease but also pays attention to your positioning and helps you to improve. Overall enjoyable & energizing.
